BlackBerry Blog Hacked for Helping Police Quell London Riots

Hackers defaced the semiofficial Blackberry bush Web log today in retaliation for Research In Motion's pledge to aid police "in some way we nates" in their efforts to quench the riots in London in Recent epoch days.

Later vandalizing the BlackBerry blog website, the hackers, who call themselves TeaMp0isoN, posted to the Internet an open letter to RIM, which makes BlackBerry smartphones, explaining the motive behind their actions.

The attack on the Blackberry bush blog was spurred past RIM's reaction to reports that BlackBerrys were being used by rioters to orchestrate their activities.
